Tickets for this year's braVo! event now on sale.
The 2007 braVo! event will be held on October 30 at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. Tickets are $70 and can be purchased by calling the LifeBridge Health Development Department at 410-601-4438.
Now in its second year, braVo!, is a unique exhibition of handcrafted artwork using a woman’s bra as the canvas. All proceeds from the event benefit the braVo! Financial Assistance Fund, which helps patients at the Herman & Walter Samuelson Breast Care Center at Northwest Hospital Center and the Alvin & Lois Lapidus Cancer Institute at Sinai Hospital obtain supplemental services not covered by insurance, such as breast prosthesis, wigs, massage therapy, certain medications, and transportation to and from treatment.
